What these terms cover

These terms explain the access routes, public reporting, technology limits, and support boundaries for Trade Fusion AI. They are written as a practical website notice and do not replace any agreement you have with your broker, VPS provider, Telegram, partner broker, or any other third-party service.

Software and AI technology service only

Trade Fusion AI is provided as proprietary software, AI-assisted technology, and MetaTrader 5 workflow tooling for signal delivery, local MT5 execution support, reporting, license access, and operational automation. It is not provided as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, regulatory advice, or any other professional advisory service.

No advisory or fiduciary relationship

Using Trade Fusion AI, reading this website, joining Telegram channels, requesting setup help, or receiving access does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, broker-client, portfolio management, managed account, money management, or discretionary trading relationship. Trade Fusion AI is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, commodity trading adviser, portfolio manager, asset manager, money manager, introducing broker, or custodian.

Trade Fusion AI does not accept deposits, hold client money, custody assets, withdraw funds from broker accounts, or control the broker relationship. Any trading account remains between the user and the chosen broker.

No personal recommendations or suitability assessment

Trade Fusion AI does not assess your personal financial situation, investment objectives, trading experience, income, net worth, risk tolerance, tax position, legal restrictions, or suitability for any instrument, broker, leverage level, lot size, strategy, or trading activity. No website text, Telegram post, live feed item, AI score, report, setup message, or support response is presented as suitable for you personally.

Any information shown by Trade Fusion AI is general, system-generated, operational, or technical in nature. It must not be treated as a personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold, copy, open, close, increase, decrease, or avoid any financial instrument or position.

Market communications and investment-recommendation notice

Some public Trade Fusion AI content may refer to specific instruments, symbols, charts, system signals, open or closed positions, execution examples, or market conditions. Where applicable law treats any such content as an investment recommendation, information recommending or suggesting an investment strategy, or a marketing communication, it is provided only as general public information about the Trade Fusion AI software workflow.

Such content is not investment research, independent research, a personal recommendation, a suitability statement, a solicitation, or an instruction for you to trade. It may reflect system activity already generated on Trade Fusion AI controlled, demonstration, or reporting accounts and may be published before, during, or after related positions have been opened, modified, or closed.

Conflicts of interest and broker remuneration

You should assume that Trade Fusion AI and persons connected with it may have financial or business interests that conflict with your interests. Trade Fusion AI may receive commissions, rebates, revenue share, referral fees, technology access payments, or other benefits from brokers, liquidity venues, affiliates, or third-party partners connected with accounts opened, maintained, funded, or traded by users.

Any such remuneration may vary by broker, account type, instrument, traded volume, user activity, region, or commercial arrangement. This may create an incentive to mention, list, or provide access routes involving particular brokers. Broker references, partner links, and access routes are therefore not presented as the best, cheapest, safest, or most suitable option for you personally. You remain responsible for independently comparing brokers, costs, regulation, execution quality, and local eligibility before opening or using any account.

Access and setup support

Access is provided only after the trial request or partner broker route has been confirmed. Setup support helps users connect the MetaTrader 5 workflow, license key, WebRequest URLs, VPS environment, and symbol mapping. Setup support does not include choosing a broker, account type, leverage level, account size, deposit size, lot size, risk percentage, trading objective, or whether you should trade at all.

User-controlled MT5 execution

If you install and connect the Trade Fusion AI receiver in MetaTrader 5, you authorize software running in your own MT5 environment to poll the Signal Hub and process open, modify, close, or close-all events according to the connected workflow. Execution still depends on your broker, account settings, MT5 permissions, VPS uptime, margin, liquidity, spreads, swaps, commissions, slippage, symbol availability, and any manual action you take.

Any copying, mirroring, automation, or receiver-based execution is optional and is activated only at your own initiative, discretion, and risk. You choose your broker, fund your own account, set your own lot sizing and risk parameters, and may enable, configure, pause, or disable the workflow at any time.

You remain responsible for monitoring the account and may stop use by disabling automated trading, removing the EA, disconnecting MT5, changing account settings, or asking for license support. Trade Fusion AI cannot guarantee that an instruction will be accepted, executed, matched, or profitable.

Trading, technology, execution, and partner broker access risk information is provided on the separate Risk Disclosure page. Read it before requesting access or connecting any MT5 account.

Proprietary AI and system changes

Trade Fusion AI uses proprietary software, prompts, AI model workflows, filters, execution logic, reporting formats, and operational configuration. These components are confidential business technology and may be updated, replaced, paused, restricted, or discontinued without exposing the private logic, source code, prompts, model configuration, or internal decision process.

The Trade Fusion AI software, models, reports, setup materials, branding, website content, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Trade Fusion AI. Access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, sublicense, or create derivative products from any part of the service without prior written permission.

Service provided as is

Trade Fusion AI is provided as is and as available, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, compatible with every broker, or free from errors. Software, AI, data, MT5, VPS, internet, broker, liquidity, pricing, Telegram, hosting, and third-party service failures can affect availability, execution, reporting, and outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Fusion AI, its owners, partners, personnel, and connected persons are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, missed trades, execution differences, technology failures, indirect loss, consequential loss, or any reliance on public content, reports, signals, examples, setup support, or partner broker information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excludes mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Trial and access

The 7-day trial has no feature restrictions. After the trial, continued access is handled through the partner broker route or another arrangement confirmed directly in writing. Access confirms software availability only and is not a performance commitment.

Free partner broker access route

Access can be free as long as you use Trade Fusion AI on an MT5 account opened through an approved Trade Fusion partner broker link. If you already have an account with one of the listed brokers, contact Trade Fusion AI before changing anything. Broker eligibility, regional terms, execution conditions, account approval, spreads, swaps, commissions, and CFD/FX risk remain controlled by the broker and market conditions.

Partner links can qualify you for preferred Trade Fusion AI access terms. References to Vantage, STARTRADER, BlackBull Markets, IC Trading, or future partner brokers explain possible access routes only and do not mean that Trade Fusion AI is operated, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by those brokers.

Partner broker information is made available as general public information for a broad audience. Trade Fusion AI does not provide an individualized broker recommendation based on your personal circumstances, and private setup support should not be treated as advice to choose, fund, or trade through any broker.

Public reports

Telegram posts and website live feed cards are public reporting formats. They may summarize trades, hourly reports, or daily report announcements. Public pages may show selected, delayed, archived, or reformatted information rather than every internal system event. Public reports are not an offer, solicitation, personal recommendation, suitability statement, or promise that similar results will be achieved by any user.

Public reports may omit context, fees, latency, rejected orders, account-specific settings, tax consequences, and other factors that could affect a user's own result. Do not treat any public report as a complete account statement or as a basis for a personal trading decision.

Jurisdiction and professional advice

Trade Fusion AI is not intended for use where the service, software workflow, public reporting, partner access route, or automated MT5 execution would be unlawful or would require a license, registration, authorization, or permission that Trade Fusion AI does not hold. You are responsible for checking whether use is allowed in your country, region, broker jurisdiction, and personal circumstances.

If you need advice about whether trading, automated execution, CFDs, forex, taxes, regulation, or any broker arrangement is appropriate for you, consult an independent qualified professional. Do not use Trade Fusion AI if you require personal financial advice before making a trading decision.

User responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether to use Trade Fusion AI, choosing a broker and account type, setting account parameters, maintaining MT5 and VPS access, checking local rules, monitoring open positions, understanding tax or reporting obligations, and deciding whether any level of trading risk is acceptable for you.

Changes to these terms

Trade Fusion AI may update these terms, access routes, broker references, risk notices, software behavior, reporting formats, or support procedures from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply as far as permitted by law.
