Trade Fusion AI and tradefusion.eu are independent from TRADE FUSION Sp. z o.o. from Warsaw, Poland, and from any similarly named third-party company. Public registry entries or search summaries about a separate similarly named entity do not describe the operator of this website.

What data may be handled

If you contact Trade Fusion AI by email, Telegram, or the contact form mailto workflow, you may choose to send your name, email address, Telegram username, MT5 broker, account type, server name, VPS information, and the content of your message. The website itself does not ask for identity documents, bank card details, health data, or other special categories of personal data.

Why the data is used

The data is used to answer your request, issue or manage a trial or license, help with MT5 setup, handle support, maintain basic access records, and protect the service from misuse. The data is not sold as a marketing list.
