Who is responsible for this page

Trade Fusion AI operates this website and can be contacted at marcin@tradefusion.eu. Additional business or data-protection details, if applicable, can be requested by email.

What data may be handled

If you contact Trade Fusion AI by email, Telegram, or the contact form mailto workflow, you may choose to send your name, email address, Telegram username, MT5 broker, account type, server name, VPS information, payment confirmation, and the content of your message. The website itself does not ask for identity documents, bank card details, health data, or other special categories of personal data.

Why the data is used

The data is used to answer your request, issue or manage a trial or license, help with MT5 setup, match a payment to the correct license, handle support, maintain basic access records, and protect the service from misuse. The data is not sold as a marketing list.

Legal basis

The legal basis depends on the situation. It may be necessary to take steps at your request before access is provided, to perform a subscription or support arrangement, to comply with accounting or legal obligations, or to rely on legitimate interest in answering support requests, documenting license activity, and protecting the service. If consent is requested for a specific optional use, that consent can be withdrawn.

Sharing and external services

Trade Fusion AI uses normal communication and third-party services such as email, Telegram, Binance Pay content, Vantage links, hosting, and browser software. If you contact Trade Fusion AI through Telegram or click an external link, that external provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Trade Fusion AI does not control those providers.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some external services may process data outside the European Economic Area. This can happen, for example, when you use Telegram, email services, Binance, Vantage, or other third-party platforms. Their own transfer rules and safeguards apply to their processing.

Retention

Messages and access records may be kept for as long as needed to manage licenses, support, payment matching, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You can request deletion, but some records may need to be kept where required by law or where they are needed to establish, exercise, or defend legitimate claims.

Website storage

The website stores one local browser preference when you dismiss the cookie notice. This avoids showing the same notice on every page. The current static website does not run analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or marketing tags.

Automated decisions

The website does not make automated legal or eligibility decisions about visitors. Trade Fusion AI uses AI technology in the trading workflow, but the website contact and access process is handled through direct communication.

Your rights

Where GDPR or similar data-protection law applies, you may have rights to access your data, correct it, ask for deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
